Issues with Lenovo Z2 Nougat (ZUK)

In the Lenovo Z2 Nougat (ZUK) there is no activity to open Settings.ACTION_MANAGE_OVERLAY_PERMISSION (settings screen that shows draw on top permission). 

 

The activity works on all other devices though.

This is a device manufacturer problem and there is no clear documentation or alternative documentation.

Clicking the Review Permissions button in Anti-malware does not work. User will have to manually find this setting and change it if needed.
