Why are some videos not working?

If the “Block Trackers & Content” switch is on, then the Browser Controller stops all known trackers. Sometimes websites require that their trackers be successfully loaded before the video content is loaded. So, when the Browser Controller stops the tracker from loading on your device/browser, the website does not load the video.

The Redmorph Browser Controller gives visualization on how websites track you and give you the necessary controls to prevent the tracking. Then it is up to you to decide if you want to allow the tracker to access the content, i.e., pay for viewing the content by allowing the website to track you and gather information about you.

You can do this by selecting No Protection level, which all allow all trackers, or go to the SpyderWeb and identify the specific tracker you want to allow.
