Based on our experience these are the typical issues encountered by users:
For now, the Browser Controller works on Chrome, Safari and Firefox browsers on Windows, Mac and Linux based desktop and laptop devices.
It does not presently work on Internet Explorer or Edge.
Please ensure that your firewall is off and is not preventing your browser from downloading an extension or native app.
Computers infected with malware could prevent your browser from downloading the extension. We suggest you run a malware detection and remediation software such as Malwarebytes to ensure your device is clean.
