If you have downloaded the app from the Google Play Store and if you use the same Android account then you can download the app from play store and you will continue to be charged the subscription.
If you have downloaded the app from our website in your previous phone then the license is valid for only that phone and you will have to pay again. However, this license is valid for the lifetime of this phone.
